Ementa:

A disciplina abordará as bases biológicas da atrofia (e.g. envelhecimento, sarcopenia) e hipertrofia muscular, e como o treinamento físico através do controle das suas variáveis pode gerar um estímulo para mudanças morfológicas e funcionais do músculo esquelético.
