CONEXÕES: conhecer e aprofundar principais temas relacionados a sustentabilidade; referencial teórico de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. EXTERNALIDADES: principais problemas dos países industrializados (pressões da população-crescimento-envelhecimento; padrões de produção e consumo). RESILIÊNCIA: relações entre mitigação e adaptação aos desafios da sustentabilidade. EMERGÊNCIA: estratégias para antecipar e/ou responder às ameaças, considerando dimensões econômicas, sociais, tecnológicas e imperativos institucionais. JURISDIÇÃO: contexto e escalas de decisão – local, regional, nacional, internacional
